As of April 1st we would like to welcome our newest stylist Naomi, who with out a doubt brings passion and positivity to our family! Here is a little bit about our senior stylist who will be an amazing add on to our Cherry Tree!

NAOMI:I have known I wanted to be a stylist since I was 10 years old, clipping my brother the perfect mushroom cut using toenail clippers and kitchen shears, it was my destiny. I continued on with the little fire inside of me and took cosmetology and any additional classes I could. Fascinated! Even with perms and roller sets.
Through my training at the Academy of Hair I knew I didn’t just want to be a hair dresser, I wanted to be a stylist. I wanted to transform people, to make every person that sat in my chair feel unique, and beautiful, or handsome. I even had hopes of working behind the scenes at fashion shows and on movie sets.. I am honored at how I came to be here, I thank my friend (she knows who she is) and I thank every single person that has come into my life, who have helped mold me, and who have allowed me to mold them. I am thrilled to meet all of the new, beautiful souls that will enter my life!

World MasterCard fashion week

World MasterCard fashion week has come and gone, but the trends are here to stay!
What is #WMCFW you may ask? Well it is a semi- annual fashion show held in Toronto to showcase the latest and greatest looks of the season. This season we were fortunate enough to work with Pink tartan, Joe fresh, David Dixon, Christopher Bates, Mackage, Mercedes-Benz and many more…
